About 

Norman Craig is an honor graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia with a BS in Secondary Education/Business Administration and a Master’s in Management & Leadership from Webster University Kansas City where he graduated #1 in his class. He began his career with the iconic Marion Laboratories, Inc. founded by the legendary Ewing Kauffman. Norman began his career as a pharmaceutical representative in Trenton, NJ and earned Sales Representative of the year honors.

Norman later held positions at Marion, Marion Merrell Dow, and Hoechst Marion Roussel including Director of the Northwestern Sales Division, Director of Human Resources for Marion Merrell Dow North America, Director of Management and Technical Training and Senior Director of Administrative Services.

After a 20-year career in pharmaceuticals, Norman became the VP Managing Director of the IT consulting organization Cap Gemini/Sogeti which later became Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He also founded the New York based IT consulting firm Genesis 10 in Kansas City. Both found significant success in their first year under Norman’s direction.

Norman joined New York Life in 2004 as an agent, became a Partner in the Greater KC Business Unit in 2006. Norman was awarded "Agent of the Year" in 2005, 2013 and 2014 and a Top 30 Partner out of 600 in 2007 and 2008. He also managed his own successful Investment firm, Craig Financial Solutions. Norman has earned the LUTCF certification (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) Project Management and Negotiation certification from Cap Gemini.
 

In 2018 Norman joined the Resurrection Church Job Club as a manager facilitator and as of April 2024 now manages The Greater Kansas City Job Club. Norman has documented that he has helped over 300 people out of work find new jobs.

 

Norman started NJC-Consulting in 2015 and has worked on consultative assignments with MetLife Premier Client Group, Allstate Financial Services and Axa Advisors. Since 2019 Norman has also serves as a Management Associate and Wealth Advisor at Prevail Innovative Wealth Strategies in Leawood, Kansas.


Norman taught graduate school for 27 years in Webster University’s Master’s program and has previously held public office in Overland Park, KS. He is a former long-time member of the Overland Park Rotary Club. He is a two-time recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award. He has been elected to public office twice. Additionally, he is a sought-after public speaker in Greater Kansas City and actively contributes to community service activities, notably leading the Greater Kansas City Job Club for the past several years. He founded the Upper Darby High School Wall and Hall of Fame, inducting Jim Croce as the first member posthumously.
